Ningwood Property’s First-Ever HMO Conversion

What a thrilling adventure it's been!

We've spread our wings in the property game and taken a big leap from our usual Buy-to-Let (BTL) territory, straight into the land of Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMO). Yep, we've completed our first-ever 5-bedroom HMO project, and it's been one heck of a journey!

We started with a regular 3-bedroom terrace, nestled in a location that's got all the goods - public transport, local amenities, you name it, while still being tucked away in a quiet, safe neighbourhood. Our mission? To transform it into a cosy, energy-efficient HMO that tenants would love to call home. And guess what? We've even managed to pull its EPC rating up from an E to a C!

Our fantastic team worked their socks off during the renovation. They managed to keep the original charm of the house but gave it a fresh, modern twist. A special shout-out to Dressing Rooms, who nailed the interior design. They put a little bit of magic into every room, making each one unique yet fitting perfectly with the overall feel we were aiming for.

In an HMO, it's all about the shared spaces. We wanted to create areas where our tenants could relax, hang out, and feel a sense of community. We've designed the living room, and kitchen to be welcoming and comfortable - just perfect for some shared living experience.

Before we'd even put the finishing touches on, we had three tenants ready to move in! They've settled in nicely, and we're over the moon that they're loving the space. If you're still on the hunt for a place, we've got two rooms left, and we'd love to welcome you to our little community.
